Yes, our wireless range works fine with most phone cases. If the case is heavy-duty, made of metal, or doubles as a wallet, charging may not properly function, and the case would need to be removed.

We recommend using Magsafe-compatible case covers for magnetic attachment.

Will this charge an Apple Watch?

No, We can kindly confirm that our Magnetic Charger is mainly for wireless-compatible phones & Airpods not compatible with the Apple Watch. It will only charge devices that support Qi Charging Protocol, which Apple Watches, unfortunately, do not support.

Does it support all wireless-compatible devices?

It only supports wireless chargers, and doesn't have a magnetic function; if you want to have a magnetic function you can wear a magnetic phone case on.

Magnetic function only applies on iPhone 12/13/14.

My phone charging is slower than conventional wall chargers.

Conventional wall chargers have higher O/P than compared to the wireless charger. The maximum power one can get from this wireless charger is 15W, 10W, 7.5W & 5W. Depending on the phone model o/p power is selected
